After installing the application, the program will first ask for a usernane and password.

By default, an account is already created, but the user can add his own username and password with ease and can also create multiple accounts. After logging in to the application, one will be able to view all his computers connected to the network as a list, together with complete information regarding each of them, like the time a user logs on or logs out, the IP and MAC address and other similar information.

In case of a new customer, a new session can be opened on a specific computer with a single mouse click. Cafe Manila can even turn on a computer remotely, in case that machine has the "Wake on LAN" option active. After a session is over, the user will be able to view the amount of money that the customer must pay and can also print a receipt.

Besides that, Cafe Manila allows you to create prepaid tickets with a limited amount of credit, which can be handed out to customers. After the credit on the tickets runs out, the session is automatically closed. What's more, using a simple scheduler, one can schedule any computer session in a graphical way.
